World-Wide Association for Restorative Practitioners

Restorative Practices International is a professional member organisation established in 2007 by a committed group of restorative practitioners to further the development of best practice in the field of restorative justice.  It was the fruition of a 10 year idea of Peta Blood  to develop the capacity to support practitioners; to develop best practice; to network; and build a community of practitioners within the field.  This dream was realised with the inaugural Restorative Practices International conference on the Sunshine Coast 16-19 October 2007 to launch the organisation followed by the 2nd conference in Vancouver, 2009. The 3rd conference will be held in Wellington, NZ 23-28 November 2011.

RPI is a member based organisation that will:

  • provide ongoing professional development opportunities (conferences, seminars, on-line workshops)
